Commercial LED Lighting

This collection brings together commercial LED lighting for façades, loading docks and exterior walls. Each fixture is selected by E3 Électricité, a holder of an RBQ licence, for business, institutional and industrial sites across Quebec. Explore our professional lighting services →

Commercial LED light fixtures in this collection fall into three groups, so you can go straight to the right category:

  • Commercial LED wall pack: wall-mounted fixtures for entrances, façades and dock doors, including Lithonia and Signify models.

  • Commercial LED flood light: aimed fixtures for yards, larger façades and signage, from RAB and Produits Standard.

  • 347 V fixtures: wall packs and flood lights built for 347 V commercial circuits.

Commercial outdoor LED lighting serves three main needs. On building façades, it improves safety and gives a business a visible presence after dark. At loading docks and service yards, it lets crews work and manoeuvre trucks with confidence. Along exterior walls and entrances, an LED wall pack lights the area below and in front of it, helping secure the perimeter. Industrial LED lighting follows the same logic on factory and warehouse exteriors.

Voltage is the first technical check. Many commercial and industrial buildings in Quebec run 347 V distribution, others use 120/277 V circuits, and several fixtures come in both versions. Confirm the voltage on each listing, then review the rest:

Optics and output complete the picture. Wider distributions spread light along a façade, while tighter ones push it across a yard or dock apron. Matching the lumen output to the mounting height avoids glare at entrances and dark patches between fixtures, and a consistent colour temperature keeps the building looking uniform after dark.

E3 Électricité can supply the fixtures and perform the installation, with all work completed to the Code de construction du Québec. A member of the CMEQ working under maître électricien Jonathan Chabot, the team handles everything from fixture selection to wiring through our commercial electrical services. For other outdoor options, the separate exterior lighting fixtures catalogue offers a broader range.

FAQs

What LED fixtures work best for commercial façades and loading docks?

Wall packs suit entrances, façades and dock doors, where they throw even light downward and forward across the work area. Flood lights cover yards, parking aprons and larger façade surfaces with a wider, aimed beam. In both cases, choose the light output and optic according to the mounting height, and select a housing rated for exterior or wet locations, since Quebec winters expose fixtures to snow, ice and repeated freeze and thaw cycles.

Can these LED fixtures run on a 347 V commercial circuit?

Many can. A large number of commercial and industrial buildings in Quebec use 347 V distribution, and several fixtures in this collection, such as the Signify LPW32 wall pack, come in both 120/277 V and 347 V versions. Because a fixture must match the circuit it connects to, confirm the voltage on each product listing before ordering, and have an RBQ-licensed electrician verify the building's distribution so the fixture and circuit are compatible.

What is the difference between an LED wall pack and a commercial flood light?

An LED wall pack is a wall-mounted luminaire that lights the area directly below and in front of it, which makes it a natural fit for building perimeters, entrances and dock doors. A commercial flood light projects a wider, aimed beam that can reach yards, façades and signage from a distance. The right choice depends on the area you need to cover, the available mounting height and the light distribution you want on the ground.

Can I replace my existing commercial fixtures with LED retrofits?

Yes, in most cases. Aging HID or fluorescent fixtures on commercial and industrial buildings can be upgraded to LED, which typically lowers energy use and maintenance. Compatibility depends on the existing mounting, the circuit voltage and the condition of the wiring, so not every fixture swaps over directly. An RBQ-licensed electrician should assess the installation first and confirm which replacement fixture fits, especially when moving to a different voltage or mounting style.

Does E3 Électricité install the commercial LED lighting it sells?

Yes. E3 Électricité offers turnkey service, supplying the fixtures and carrying out the commercial or industrial installation to the Code de construction du Québec. The company is a holder of an RBQ licence and a member of the CMEQ, and its work is supervised by Jonathan Chabot, its named maître électricien. Handling supply and installation together means one team is responsible for matching each fixture to the site, the voltage and the mounting conditions.
